As the Head of Operations, Rajesh is the backbone of Kellton, using his keen eye for detail and perfection to ensure the operational efficiency of all the work processes and allied resources is maintained. He possesses all the necessary VP-level competencies, including strategic planning, project management, human resources, and resource management.

Rajesh is responsible for administering workforce management and operational management processes to help run the smooth operations of the company, which have paved the way for reimagining business models and unlocking new opportunities for Kellton.

He uses his 15 years of experience in the Indian Defence Forces where he held different positions with progressive responsibilities in the domains of Radar Operations, Admin, and HR; his MBA in Marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi, India, and his passion for computers and technology as his driving force.

Rajesh is a go-getter who, once committed to a task, owns and delivers on it every time. He enjoys a whole range of leisure pursuits in nature, with activities such as hiking and yoga. If Rajesh gets any free time, he utilizes it by volunteering for social work.
