As Managing Director - EU, Dariusz is in charge of running the overall operations and coordinating all activities in the region. With extensive experience in various operating roles, he has built a reputation in the IT industry for his ability to develop and grow new business offerings.

He has over 15 years of expertise, specializing in software development, key account management, delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, and managing the organizational structure and strategy of Polish companies.

Dariusz started his career as a programmer in IT Solutions for a Quality Assurance & Customer Care company, where he worked with major corporations such as Samsung, Indesit, and JVC. In 2013, he founded Tivix Europe (now a Kellton company), where he was in charge of overseeing the software development team. In the years afterward, he has grown the team to over 85+ employees in Poland, making Kellton one of the most renowned IT brands in the region.

Dariusz holds an MSc in Engineering from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology's Electronics Faculty. He is a massive fan of video games; his favorites are World of Warcraft and FIFA. He loves to keep himself busy with LEGO, and given a chance, can view all the Star Wars series repeatedly.
