Hyderabad-based Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd. successively acquired two US-based enterprise solution providers last year to strengthen its capabilities in SAP.

In mid-2015, Kellton Tech acquired Downers Grove-based ProSoft Group to reinforce its expertise in the ERP-EAI (Enterprise Resource Planning & Enterprise Application Integration) Solutions space. With acquisition of Houston-based Bokanyi Consulting following close on the heels of the acquisition of the ProSoft Group, Kellton Tech further strengthened its proficiency in the SAP area.
