IT Executive
Day to Day Responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Installing and configuring client computer systems(Windows, Linux and Mac OS).
Meeting with employees and clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems.
Must have experience with the Incident management process.
Tracking and managing issues through ticketing tools.
Hands-on experience with inventory management and reporting.
Must have experience with software troubleshooting.
Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, networking basics, LAMP, windows (server and desktop) is a must and experience with firewalls is an addon.
Experience with scripting languages is an add-on.
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.
Good problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to think critically.
Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
Offering infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of the employees and clients.
Finding solutions to improve the efficiency of the department, through standardization and automation.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant training.
